DELIVERY POLICY

📦 Preparation time

Creations are generally shipped within 4 to 5 weeks after order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
In the event of a special delay (personalization, high activity period), you will be informed by email.

🚚 Delivery methods

You can choose the delivery method that suits you best:

• Colissimo (home delivery)

• Mondial Relay (delivery to a collection point)

Shipping costs and delivery times are automatically calculated when you place your order.

✨ Order tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your package is shipped, so that you can track its progress.

🎁 Packaging

Each order is carefully packaged, so that opening your parcel is a lovely moment.

In case of delay or problem related to the carrier, I remain available to assist you and find the best solution.

🔄 Return deadlines

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable legislation.

📦 Conditions

To be accepted, the article must:

• must be returned in its new, unworn and unwashed condition.

• to be carefully packaged.

⚠️ Custom or made-to-measure creations unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged (except in the case of a manufacturing defect).

💸 Refund

After receipt and verification of the item, the refund will be made via the same payment method used for the order, within a maximum of 14 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is mine.
